Things To Do In Seychelles Vallee de Mai Nature Reserve Vallee de Mai Natural reserve, Seychelles Overview One of the two UNESCO World Heritage sites in Praslin, Vallee De Mai Nature Reserve is a nature park. Also known as "Garden of Eden", it has a widespread palm forest and is popular for coco de mer, the largest seed in the world. It is also home to the rare Seychelles Black Parrot, the national bird of Seychelles. Valle De Mai Nature Reserve is a birding paradise. Some rare birds spotted here include blue pigeon, bulbul and sunbird. There are five endemic plant species that can only be seen here.
